Wondering if anyone can recommend a good cleaner for some of the plastic components such as interior door panels, dash, etc. Especially where small scuffs occur from shoes getting in & out of the vehicle.

Mothers VLR works pretty darn good.

    As does 303 Aerospace Protectant

My absolute favorite over the counter is Turtle Was ICE All-in-one interior cleaner. Works on everything except cloth. For a pro detailer or enthusiast detailer I always use Carpro PERL which needs to be diluted 5:1 with distilled water for interior. Other ratios available for tires, exterior plastics and engine bay.

I get my wife. She is the best interior and exterior cleaner money can buy.

I tried to get my mother to do it but she just laughed at me. And in California turtles are hard to get wax from since they are hibernating right now.

But honestly, I use McGuire’s satin interior wipes once a month and a slightly damp terry clothe for all regular maintenance. I don’t like the chemicals in most of the products out there.
