    Hello
I need some help. I have a 2012 R/T Classic with a whine at about 42 mph when i have light acceleration pedal. 35000 miles but i have the lifetime warranty.

I took my car in with the issue and the dealer installed a TSB mod to no effect.

I took it back and they replaced the rear. The sound is still present.

I have used Chassy Ears all over the car and cannot find the problem. I did find that if i turn on the Sport button the sound gors away but of course the RPM changes also.

My Dealer has also asked Big Chrysler to no avail.
Anyone out there got any answers.

im going to try the sport button... never thought to. i have a 2015 scat pack with a very similar issue. whine or hum when the throttle is ever so lightly pressed. goes away when you let off. ive had 3 transmissions in the car now, and no change to that symptom. i suspected rear end. but honestly its not strong enough to indicate origination from. i bought the car with 26,000 miles now has 28,000. so im still under warranty.
