What is a good one? I have the basic factory one right now. I'm looking around $500.
    Thanks

I put a Kenwood ExCelon in mine with DVD, NAV, iPod, Bluetooth, and backup cam. I would look at double din's on Crutchfield and SonicElectronix there are several under $400ish. I spent about $1400 total but I also replaced all the speakers and added subwoofers and amps.

I was looking at the Kenwood. Thanks for the reply, I'm going to buy soon. Did you put them in yourself?

You want navi in it? Are you going to want a hard drive? For me, thats what I would be getting. I haven't done any comparisons for the best one out there, but those items I would need to have. Is that something you are looking to get also?

Yes, did the install myself, the head unit, subs, and speakers. The install wasn't bad but it would have been better had I not put everything back in before realizing I forgot to put in the backup camera.

Shaggy's got a good point, decide what options you have to have and that will kind of guide you to whats available for your price range. For me I had to have Nav and bluetooth. On the hard drive I considered that then decided I would rather have a iPod & USB. I have a couple of 64g USB drives I can use like a hard drive but most of the time I just plug my phone in as it has a few thousand songs on it.

Anyone know the model number for the upgrade stereo in the Challenger.
I have the basic stereo in mine, and I want to upgrade It.
Any idea what the cost of the upgrade is from dealerships and what other components I will need?
    Appreciate it. Thanks
