Default Dodge Challenger Painted Calipers

I only had 250 miles on my Chally when I asked a friend to paint my calipers. They turned out great. Most people choice red or blue or even black. Well I choice gold and I think they turned out awesome. We did these last November, so it has been about a year now and they still look great. Here are some pics.

That is pretty cool. I never saw them in gold. Very unique.

We used a Krylon/Rustoleum gold metallic. The process is very easy. Clean the calipers and dry. Then take old t-shirts and cover the rotor and slide t-shirts under calipers. Turn the wheels so you can see both sides of the caliper and spray evenly. If you clean the calipers well you won't need to primer the caliper.

Can't you cover those up while you paint? Storm, nice choice on the gold. It matches the black.
