    That video is from Fifth Gear, not Top Gear. The wankers at Top Gear seem to hate all American cars. They thoroughly trashed the Challenger, saying "Dodges are crude". They even staged a fake situation where a guy was sitting in a restaurant with his key fob in his pocket while his buddies shoved his Challenger out into the street a few hundred feet away...and then were supposedly able to start it up because (they claimed) the push-to-start security was so crappy. I tested this with my '09 R/T. I put a new battery in my key fob and, with the car in my garage, then placed the fob on a passenger-side wall shelf that's a couple of inches higher than the bottom of the car's window, and about 18" from the car. When I tried to start the car, the display showed "no fob detected" and it wouldn't start. Same result with the fob just outside of the driver's side...no start. Fob inside the car...started right up. IIRC, this was in 2010, and I haven't watched Top Gear since.
