question about my trunk

    it seems that my trunk can be opened at any time by just pushing in on the trunk button at the back, even if I don' have the fob near the car.

    It also can be opened even when the car is locked.

    This doesn't seem normal to me that you can just walk up to the trunk and open it.

    Any comments on why this would happen?

    This doesn't seem right. I would ask the dealer. You may have a defective latch or re-programming is necessary.

    I've read something about this before and no matter what the guy did, it would open. I believe it was fixed at the dealer. Good luck, sorry it's not much help!
