The base price of the 2018 Challenger R/T Scat Pack is going up $1,000 from last year. So, a basic Scat Pack, with manual transmission, will cost you $38,995. If you add three popular options (Leather Interior- $1,695, 8-Speed Auto Trans- $1,500 and 20 X 9 Forged Wheels- $1,095) the price increases to $44,380. This used to be the territory for the SRT.

Uh oh... wonder if something else is in the works. Didn't they do this before phasing out the SRT Core package?

i don't have any use for a hell cat or a demon, not on my wish list, My 2009 RT is well paid for by now. but given the thoughts of ever selling or trading in, I don't think I could afford one that I would want, RT 392 Shaker ScatPack. I priced one with the options I wanted and it came to just a tad under $50,000. sorry, but that is way too much for a car in my opinion, money don't grow on trees and going into more debt for a car is not in my timeline. I have a 2017 Ram truck and that didn't even come close to the price of that new RT.
