Are Seat Belts or Air Bags Going to Save Your Life?

well i don't care, you drive like an idiot and hit a tree or wall at high speed, you will need more than seat belts to save your life. seat belts don't keep you from getting knocked out or getting a concussion in a regular street car. it may keep you in your seat, but as in my sons case when he hit the back of an 18 wheeler ding 70mph, he doesn't remember a thing till it was all over and when his eyes opened he was facing the opposite way on the interstate. His seat belts kept in in the car and in his seat. but he did have a slight concussion and a big gash on the top of his head.
