I have noticed that there are many low mileage (900-1,700 miles) Hellcats for sale. In addition, they don't seem to move even when offered at a fair market value- $45k - 55k. Why do you think so many Hellcats get traded or sold with such low miles on them- poor mileage, high insurance premium, not a good daily driver, too much power, traded up to Redeye (i.e., "want latest and greatest"), etc.?
Yea, but they are HARD 900-1,700 miles. Same thing I saw when I was looking for my Stealth. The Turbo, AWD model were hammered, but my SE was nearly NEW when I got it, just like my 8-year old SRT-8 Of course the Stealth had over 200k when I got rid of it. When I was in the market, I looked at a few used HellCats, but were all automatic's. I am sure it has to do with high insurance premium, but I would disagree that they are "not a good daily driver". We have MANY here in Oregon that I see on the road everyday.
