Just placed my order for these. Replacing my Nitto Invos which suck. 275/40/20 in front and 315/35/20 in back. These should be way better, and were the top rated tire in their category at Tire Rack.

They look like a good all season AA-rated European tire for snow belt areas.

The tread pattern looks a little like the one on the Blizzak snow tire.

Got these for their wet and dry performance. I’ve got a 2016 Jeep Renegade for my winter car.

Never driven my car in snow or ice and now that I live in Florida hopefully I never will. That being said, I have the Pirelli summer tires on my car and love them!

I find it odd that these cars come with all season tires with summer as an option. I would have thought it would be the other way around. Especially for the higher horse powered cars.

The all-seasons are a tire that can safely be driven in all 50 states, whereas the summer tires cannot. Beyond that summer tires are substantially more expensive, so it makes sense.

What percentage of these cars do you think will ever see ice and snow? I seem to remember something about the summers needing temperatures above 40F to keep their grip, before getting to hard.

Yes, summer tires are not safe in colder temps (not just snow and ice) because the rubber compound gets rigid. Another thing that most people don't know is that summer tires aren't only far superior to all-season on dry, hot pavement, they're much better on wet pavement too.
