BFNY in Cleveland OH sold me one of these cams. Just made 675 wheel horse on a Mustang dyno with 12psi. My car is also a 6M car. I am running a 3.70 Ford 9inch. The cam drives well with the stick shift and the 3.70 gears. If you choose this cam make sure you lock it up. No variable valve timing. It has an idle that is bad to the bone, and it will take my buddies Hellcat.

    Cam 227/235 @ 0.050
    116 LSA
    112 ICL
    .612 lift

Oh yeah, run a set of PSI (brand) 1511 valve springs. They are for an LS427 chevy but if you buy the kit from MMX it comes with the proper retainers and shims.

Fortunately for me the original owner of mine took the financial hit on the mods. Obviously a labor of love for you with the extensive performance mods. Being capable of using E85 is a tremendous advantage for cheap octane increase (use a 30% mix on my 335's). Not sure why so many of our drivers taillight section sinks out of alignment on our model years? Thanks for sharing as it's good to know where we can go with performance on these vehicles.
