Nice car, even a 6-pack, even the correct Dash and Shifter
but the distributor is in the wrong spot. . . . .

Big Blocks are easier to tune :)

Very nice. It’ll be interesting to see what it sells for

Hemmings price guide lists an average price of $84,880, with a highest price of $139,500. Depending on how the Mecum bids go, I would bet it sells for something in the higher range.

Very cool! I'll be watching. Besides Nascar, Trans Am racing was always one of my favorite series growing up in the late 60's early 70's. Those cars always influenced my personal buying even though i could not afford anything back in those days. Today I own these 3 'modern' Trans Am type cars so the origial enjoyment of those cars way back then always lasts your lifetime. small (3).JPG

I bet the EPA won't even let you adjust the Floats on those Holley's these days.

    They look cool,
but I would take Two AFB's on the motor and a 6-pack in the trunk

It SOLD for $132,000. I believe the buyer's premium still has to be added on.

As For 70-426_10SRT, I will take the distributor in the back any day over the distributor in the front + over 100 lbs of needless weight. Ask any corner about that!

    Ha,
guessing you have never adjusted the timing on a Small Block.
Leaning over the fender and find you have a BAD SparkPlug or Coil wire.

Still have a bruise on the back of my hand where I slammed it into the hood trying to get away from it.

    Will take a 413, 440, 426 or even a 383 any day.
There is NO Substitute for INCHES. (Cubic, that is) :)

If you are worried about weight, you should not have a MOPAR

    But that's just my $ 0.02
