As we know, Ford has stated that it will soon be focusing on trucks and SUVs. The Mustang may be the only car that it will be in production. To diversify, it will be built in two-door and four-door models.

What do you think of the four-door style? I am wondering how much head and leg room will be in the back seat?

Looks like a Fusion to me. Unimpressed.

Why would they even think of adding 4 doors? If they do, why get rid of a sedan like Taurus or fusion?

Ford is just consolidating its car models to focus on trucks. The Mustang has a long history with Ford and is more popular than the Taurus or Fusion. I guess the are trying to imitate the success of the 4-door Dodge Charger- another model that has high name recognition.

and NEITHER should have ever been a 4-door.

The ONLY 4-door I have ever owned was my 2000 V-10 Quad Cab, and those were suicide doors so that really doesn't count.

(The 5.7 Grand Cherokee is in my wifes name)

I like the 4 door chargers. I wouldn't like the 4 door mustangs.

That is what the 300 is for, a Charger should be 2-doors
