Seem to be less offensive proportionally than the factory flares. Not cheap, especially if one chooses to color match the car. Not clear what material they're made of.

They are made of some type of black polymer material and are very substantial, they are not plastic they have a natural matte black color finish. I bought a rear set for my pitch black Challenger because my wider wheels were coming out past the fender well. The matte black worked perfectly with my ghost stripes and rear spoiler.

I might join you and do rears only. Often wondered whether the factory rear flares would look less 'ghetto' without the front flares (I suspect they too would). The matte finish probably flows best with the matte pieces on either side than if they were painted. Like your choice of chrome look wheels also.

No offense intended to anyone but I never liked the Dodge Challenger fender flares, to me they are just too much, and on the front they look gaudy. They look OK on the Charger front and rear but not the Challenger.

The finish on the flares doesn't resemble your matte black hood?

Any second thoughts about adding front flares, not ordering the pkg?
