Motor Trend, in its August 2019, issue compared two convertibles- a Camaro SS (with 6.2L/455 hp.) and a Mustang GT (5.0L/460 hp.). Overall, they preferred the Camaro. (Note- The Camaro was the less expensive of the two, at $52,775 vs. $54,735 for the Mustang).

The performance was virtually identical on these cars because they both had the same 8.7 lb./hp. weight-to-power ratio. Check out these numbers:

So, um, I'm curious why you're posting about these two POS cars on a Challenger forum?

This information was posted on the Champagne/Off-Topic Forum- not one of the Challenger-related forums. We, supposedly, are all automotive enthusiasts and it is always good to see what the competition is up to.

If you are not interested, you don't have to read it.
