Have you noticed that your Challenger has more power when the air is cold and dense in the winter?

It's well documented that for every 10 degree temperature change the power can drop or rise ~5-7whp.

With the temperature in the 30s, I can really feel the extra power in my 2009 SRT 6.1. Have you guys also noticed this with your Challengers?

I have noticed a bit of a boost in dry cool air but not as much as when I had a Harley. It loved the cool dry air.
As Katshot said the winter gas also does seem to kill some get up and go.

I have noticed a lot more power on cold mornings in all the fuel injected vehicles I have owned.
I had a 2004 Intrepid SXT that loved cold air but temps over 80 degrees killed the power.
Taking out my R/T on sub 45 degree mornings is better than a cup of coffee to start the morning.

i had my best run at the track in the middle of January a few years back. I hit the track when it was 55 degrees and turned a 12.90 that is my personal best. and with the air we have in Louisiana it took me 3 years and a new set of M&H drag radials to get that .

LOL, been experiencing exactly what your describing Tom, but seemingly at a loss of a couple of city mpg.
