There are many diffrences between the 2006 Challenger concept car and the 2008+ Challenger production car.

See how many you can name.

I'll start first. The concept's hood was made of carbon fiber instead of aluminum and the stripes were not tape- just clear-coated carbon fiber.

The main thing I notice is the grill and headlights. That grill is ugly, and the headlights are flush mount separate units. Also there is the rear fender emblem

Its amazing to me the little differences there are. Usually with concept cars they are a lot of noticeably difference between the product car and concept car. Not with the challenger though.

I wish they did the dash and shifter console like that. Glad they didn't do the tails that way

I came across three rare photos of the 2006 Challenger Concept. The first is before it was painted- pure carbon fiber form. This is the second one that they msade for Pro Street. It had four hood pins and no hinges. The second and third photos are the Concept in a Detroit (private) museum.

If they build this one, I will buy it.

I'd buy it, too, but it will never happen.
