    Do you want a track-ready crate 392 Hemi for your old ride? This version of the 392 puts out 540 hp. with a carb. and 525 hp. with EFI. It's not a VVT and has a more aggressive cam profile along with forged internals.

    And when you stop to consider that a 485 hp. 392 crate engine can be bought for only $9,054, with only 55 less hp. The extra $10K could be used for a lot of performance mods, like a supercharger.

    yeah, the later is more a possibility, and I still wouldn't do a supercharger. but would probably have to beef up the trans and axles. to handle the extra HP. 2009 stock RT stuff I think wouldn't survive the upgrades I think.

    The extra $ for those forged internals would support lots more boost if one's so inclined. I can only safely do 6 lbs on my 5.7 with the Magnuson!
