The level of knowledge he has is truly phenomenal.
Single four-barrel carburetor, at one time a very-long-standing lap record using a Mini at Silverstone in the UK.
    This guy is a LEGEND.

I'm a fan of high-power naturally-aspirated engines. Imagine what he could do with some boost.

Addendum: 4 gallons of 93 octane to one gallon of race gas was the ratio used for his numbers on this engine, I believe.

What is truly telling is the 1.46:1 torque-to-cubic-inches ratio.

I don't care how you package it, you have to be getting some massive, high-velocity port flow numbers to get that much torque from a naturally-aspirated engine.

David Vizard (pronounced Vie-Zard) is a living legend.

He also debunks the "wisdom" of equal-length header tubes for the V8 in another of his videos. I had wondered about that. I can totally see an equal-length header if and only if the exhaust pulses are evenly separated, but that is not the case with most V8's, other than the new Corvette flat-plane V8.

"Up to 35 extra hp" from unequal-length headers.

This makes me wonder if unequal-length-primary Tri-Y's are called for.
