Watch this incredible video. A 1969 Camaro, with a twin-turbo Hemi, goes airborne during an 1/8 mile run at South Georgia Motorpark. The driver averted disaster by pulling the chute to stabilize the car and prevent it from flipping end-over-end. The Camaro's best time was a super fast 3.621 sec. @ 217.74 mph.
Amazing how much lift these cars can get. I bet you the driver soiled himself when he saw nothing but sky for that split second.
