Living in Ontario means we have to use a front licence plate. I have never been a fan of the plate mounted on the bumper. The car I just bought has the plate temporarily tie wrapped just under the bumper which to me is a better location. I found these brackets on line which involve no drilling and puts the plate just below the bumper.

May "look" better there but my guess is it will have negative effect on airflow.

I used the factory bracket with 2toggle bolts. Very cheap and easy to do [IMG]

Very smart! My dealership was "nice enough" to mount my front bracket before I got there to pick the car up. Ohio just past a law where front plates are NOT required anymore after July. For years I hoped that law would pass. Now that I have the factory black bracket screwed in, I'll probably just keep the license plate on.

I have had my license plate mounted on my 2009 SRT, like this for 11 years, with no problems.

And yours isn't a Hellcat that needs every bit of airflow it can get. Take a peak what's right behind the lower facia opening on a Hellcat.

I use a Merrick Motorsports removable license plate bracket. I take it off at car shows in about 2 seconds.

I spoke with Tork Lift regarding the air flow question. They say that it sits far enough away from the rad to allow lots of air to flow around the bracket to get around it to the rad. I’m not keen on toggle bolting it to the plastic grill and dont plan on being able to remove it for shows.I’m just waiting for them to quote shipping Before I move forward with this.
