Just joined and I have a 2020 Ice Blue RT arriving today or tomorrow. I had a 2015 Mustang GT and miss it but it was too low and it had a 6-speed, but being handicapped I couldn't shift anymore. I started an Excel spreadsheet of my wants and the wife is not happy it's over $4000 now. I'm in the Warner Robins/Macon area and I'm looking forward to seeing other cars for ideas and getting back in the car world and meets
Welcome to the neighborhood from Jacksonville, Florida. And, yes, please post some pictures of your new Challenger. BTW ... it would not serve me - or my marriage - well to live as close to Summit Racing as you are.
Welcome from South Florida! I feel your pain. I gave up my '03 Cobra convertible recently mainly because it had gotten too painful to drive.
Thanks! I'm one hour flat from Summit up I-75, unless I tempt Johnny Law, and I just tossed out my catalogue so now I will have to drive up there and get a new one this week when the car comes in. It's kind of funny I didn't realize the first car I got, in April '72, was a '69 Barracuda I bought for $500 bucks and now I finish with a Challenger to come full circle. My Mustang was a mainly used for a show car and I can't wait to start abusing this one with more stupid expensive parts....
Ha! Yeah my name is Tim and I'm handicapped. You can see Timmy in his wheel chair in the back window. I'm going to put him on the new dash and getting my plate back
Welcome to the forum! The passion for Summit Racing runs deep... I live about 25 minutes from the original Summit in Tallmadge, OH. Until the Covid thing hit this year, I'd go down there several times a year just to walk around or to check out whatever car show they had on weekends. Summit Raceway Park (the old Norwalk) is only 40 minutes in the other direction.
You will enjoy what I saw in Tasmania last year ( I have two '69 fastback Project cars under tarps ) Here I am in Clark AFB back in '78 67-Tassy-Cuda-7411 by 70-426_10-SRT posted Dec 13, 2019 at 8:13 AM 67-Tassy-Cuda-7366 by 70-426_10-SRT posted Dec 13, 2019 at 8:13 AM 67-Tassy-Cuda-7371 by 70-426_10-SRT posted Dec 13, 2019 at 8:13 AM
