I need to replace my HID headlight assemblies. Are the aftermarket headlight assemblies ok to use ?? Or do I need to stay with oem units.

I agree. HID headlight assemblies are very expensive. To save a lot of money, I would get them from a salvage yard. There are several national databases on the web where you can buy graded parts for a fraction of new OEM ones.

Here is one site that I have used:

Search Salvage Yards for Auto Parts | AutoPartSearch.com

I have found a set. Thank You.

Now to get the front bumper cover off. Is there any sensors that need scanned for anything.
