what ever you do, it will probeably have to be reset by the dealer to get the vin numbers to match up.

The replacement of an instrument cluster, by a dealer, is very expensive. You can save hundreds of dollars by having your existing cluster repaired.

When you repair your original instrument cluster panel, it will not need to be coded to your vehicle VIN, since it is still the original cluster, and repairs will not change the odometer reading. There are a few companies that provide this service. One of them is UpFix. It actually uses new parts that are better than the originals.
