well never been a big apologist for cone filter intakes except that they look cool and add some bling to the engine compartment. However my son bought me a new intake for fathers day and I went ahead and installed it. well ended up not caring for the shiny chrome tube so primed and painted it flat black with some high temp paint and he is the results performance is no better or worse but I do think it looks nice. before and after
