Hello all. OK, so I have posted how my reverse lights and my rear camera do not come on when I put the car in reverse. Well, the following occurred on a dark, cloudy evening. I put the car in reverse, and just so happened my wife walked around the back of the car, and the reverse monitoring system came on AND the camera and reverse lights came on also. WIERD! So long story short, now I have to play with reverse when I engage it. meaning I have to put it in reverse a few times to get it right for the camera and the reverse lights to come on. usually 2-3 times i have to engage reverse for them to come on. 2019 6-speed manual. Why? IDK what is going on. Any ideas? thx

Check your grounds in the trunk. Maybe remove them and clean them. You could also try spraying DeOxIt on your connections and grounds.
