I have a 2010 Challenger RT with a Procharger. When I hard accelerate the engine dumps antifreeze from the overflow hose. No coolant in the oil and no smoke from the exhaust. Normal operation no problem. Is there any connection between the Procharger intercooler and the car's rad or cooling system?
As you can see in the installation manual the coolant reservoir tank is replaced with one from the kit. This is probably irrelevant to your issue. https://downloads.procharger.com/uploads/manuals/DODGE-AUTO/PMDF1A-001_S_08-10-CHALLENGER-HO.pdf Coolant overflow suspects include the following: https://www.autozone.com/diy/coolant-reservoir/whats-causing-my-coolant-reservoir-to-overflow
