Car Edge is predicting that Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram may be going out of business.

Hopefully someone with a brain can snatch up the brands at a bargain, and revive them, after the fool Carlos ran the brand into the ground.

I hope so. My fear is that Dodge may go the way of Plymouth.

Here is the latest from Carscoops.com.
    • Stellantis CEO Carols Tavares announced the group will review its brand portfolio in the next 2-3 years.
    • All 14 Stellantis brands have a strategic plan in place through 2031, with full funding secured until 2026.
    • Stellantis Chairman John Elkann confirmed that the leadership changes were backed by Tavares.
It turns out the 14 brands under Stellantis’ umbrella will have to prove their worth by 2026, five years earlier than originally expected. So much for that comfortable 10-year grace period Stellantis handed out back in 2021.

I will be showing up with the Rumble of the Scat at my left wing polling place.

The manufacturers, well at least Ford, GM, Europe, Asian, are moving away from selling EVs.

Even the 2025 Mustang will be ICE only.

It's interesting that Ford spent $300,000 to develop the Mustang GTD- with a supercharged ICE engine- to set a lap record at Nürburgring's "Green Hell." If successful, it will instantly attract a lot of interest in the car.
