Superbird & Daytona Conversions

    A dealer in Shelby, OH has a Challenger "Superbird" for sale for $55K. It is basically a customized R/T with a 5.7L 6-speed.

    Personally, I don't like the looks of this clone. The proportions are all wrong. The nose and huge wing only looked good on the 1970 B-body cars with their elongated hoods and trunks and fuselage styling (see 4th photo, below).

    Here are photos some other conversions that I found. They may be unique car show winners, but not for me. Opinions?

    A lot of money. They are cool in their own way. I think I would rather have a factory convertible instead.

    not what you say the name.

    the car you name it not a challenger! its a Plymouth super bird. I got a 2014 srt8 challenger super bird wing on it.And I tell you every where I drive that srt8 people are staring at it or take a picture of it or stop me to have a conversation.

    That's because it is unique looking and most people have never seen a real Superbird.
