yeah, that looks good on the new models but I used a piece of mat black vinyl for the cent of mine.

The Dodge logo on mine has raised lettering. Does the sticker go over that?

I think that you would have to remove the existing lettering.

Any idea how that would be done? I’d much rather have the classic Challenger logo, but it seems like it would entail a lot of work to do this project.

The DODGE letters are simply glued on. They can be removed by slipping a piece of monofilament fishing line or dental floss behind each letter and then "sawing" them off. To make it easier, you can apply some heat with a hair dryer before you start the process. The glue residue can then be removed by using an adhesive remover, like Goo Gone.

Ahh, I thought it was all one piece. I think I will replace DODGE with the old style Challenger lettering. I wonder if they make a plastic or metal emblem I could put on instead of just a vinyl decal? Might need to look into it further. Thanks a bunch.

E-Bay has several classic Challenger script emblems. Most are 6" X 1." Measure what you need and check the parts offered by the various vendors for best fit.

I ordered today. Got the honeycomb pattern on Satin Black background with the logo in Destroyer Grey to match my car. I’m not good with tools and such, so it’s gonna cost me $100 to have it installed, but it’ll be done correctly.
