For 2019, there are two hot cars entering the market.

The first in the new mid-engine Corvette. Base models will come with a 6.2 liter pushrod V-8. Mid-price models will have a supercharger. Prices will run from $70,000 to $140,000.

The second entry will be the Shelby GT 500, with a 5.2 liter cross-plane V-8. This supercharged engine will produce 700 hp. and 600 lb./ft. Price will be $75,000.

I'm not very excited about the Mid-Engine Corvette given GM's track record on Mid-Engine Vehicles! :(
