Trying to figure out if I should have the "Shaker Graphics" removed from my Knuckle White Challenger? Was considering leaving the hood stripes around the shaker only, or taking them all off. Anyone have an opinion or have pics of their choices? Just seems a bit busy to me but I'm torn. Getting my tint done on Saturday and figured I could do something with the stripes right away. I don’t think they look bad at all. However maybe if you removed the two outer strips on each side. So four total, it might tone it down a bit. Or keep the center black and alternate between black and red. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hmm I checked the price for getting the OEM stripe kit it’s not cheap. I have they same as you just 5.7 and only seen on street 3 others in my local. It is a little rare for the stripes. But I could see changing the back especially the big stripe. How about a vinyl over them? Factor installation is always better.
Yea, the big stripe is what bothers me. It just darkens the look too much. I have also been considering painting the Shaker scoop but I don't know what I would do with it. As of now I have an appt. with the body shop Wednesday to have them removed but I'm still playing with ideas. I kinda feel like the shaker hood says "bad ass" enough and the stripes are overkill.
