Thank you guys for responding to my inquiry. I have been reading several articles on guys building these 5.7s. When it comes time definitely thinking bout lil bigger injectors, bigger cam, and will look into the eagle heads. The quest for more power is non stop. lol

Sorry but I don't have any real experience. Just been reading up on this stuff. But with that 7% increase in supercharger RPM, one would think so.
See what Magnuson has to say about that. And of course others with experience boosting the 5.7L.

    What's your current boost pressure?

    Check this video out.

Video was pretty eye opening to say the least. I was looking around last night, did come across this vid. When I checked out on magnuson site. Seemed stock supercharger comes with 3.8" pulley. Which produces 4-5 lbs boost. Other posts I seen with a 3.0" pulley was pushing 10-12 lbs boost. With 2.8" was 12-14. Gonna check out Amazon as they have boost/vacuum gauges for like $40. Then I can get a little more of an idea of boost psi. I also found a dyno facility in Bozeman which is only like hour or so from where Im at.

Lol. Very true. Definately bragging rights when you can say 1000 RWHP Honestly and still be a realistic every dayer. I would be more then pleased with 550-600 rwhp. Then again 500 is/would be enough to get in trouble with Johnny Law. Lol.

    Ha ha, so true!

    500 - 700 is a good number to have for a DD.

Probably around 500HP would be my guess.

not really, more horsepower means more money invested and I ain't got pockets deep enough for that, I am pretty happy with what my RT has.

As mentioned, 245/35/20's would be on the short side.(About 26.75" Dia) That equates to 7% reduction in diameter, which is a bit over the typical recommended max. change. The standard diameter of our tires is approx 28.7". Whether it is the 245/45's or the 275/40's.
The ET Street S/S Drag Radials are great tires for traction. I ended up getting 275's just to keep my stock forged wheels and waiting on wider wheels down the road. But I already had 9.5" wheels. If you still have 245's on your car you may very well have 8" wheels. Don't know. That would likely limit you to 255's unless you go with wider wheels.

You won't find 295 drag radials for 20" wheels from MT.
If you do want to take advantage of the HP you may end up with, 305/35/20's would be a good choice. Of course a bit more serious drag setup would probably go to a smaller dia wheel with larger tire profile. Cost less, weighs less, and absorbs some of the power shock. But you don't have to do everything at once.
BTW...If you did want to go to a 295 tire, it would be okay to go with either a 295/35 or a 295/40. One would be only slightly smaller and one would be only slightly larger. Not enough to adversely affect your speedometer or ABS system.

Bottom line...don't make any sudden purchases until you've looked at everything closely.

Another thought to consider. Being a D.D., you would likely want an A.S. tire or a separate setup for winter and summer.

The MT ET Streets S/S won't give you a lot of miles and not too good for wet roads. Driveable but
much less rear wheel traction. They work for me since I try not to drive my care in wet weather and I don't put a lot of miles on it. I will eventually get another set of wheels so I can switch back and forth, as required.
