Saw fake hood pins for $39 that got good reviews. Any thoughts on those instead of real ones?

    Might work on a V-6

But those would never fit on a V-8 :happy175:

(Sorry, had too do it )

i had them on my first 2009 V6 challenger, basically for the looks only. but when I got my 2009 RT I went with the real ones. yeah, the real ones from Mopar are almost $300. but well worth the look and functionality.

Because I wouldn’t have to put a hole in my hood, and they look exactly like real ones for about one fifth the price.

But above 145-MPH REAL ones are much safer than the stock hood release :)
