Hi everyone. I joined this forum about two months ago. I purchased a brand new 15 Challenger RT Plus in late 2016. Until recently it's only had 2,000 miles on it as one of two pleasure vehicles. I just retired from work and had to return my company car, so the Challenger is now my daily driver. It hadn't even seen rain until August. I joined this site looking for info on wheel/tire combinations. Living in northeastern Ohio causes me to swap out the 20" wheels for a set of 18" wheels with narrower tires for winter driving. I ended up with a set of used factory aluminum wheels off a earlier year and mounted a set of Cooper winter radials on them. (235/55R18) I also own a 69 Camaro SS and have been in the muscle car hobby for decades. I like the new Challenger because it still holds true to the styling of the 70/71 models, has great performance in the 5.7 Hemi and is reliable for long trips. I get compliments and thumbs up all the time. I chose the one I have because of the B5 Blue paint and the Black/Pearl White two tone leather interior. I haven't seen another two tone interior like it yet. Plus I got a good deal on it being a new one model year old vehicle.
Thanks for the welcome.... Here's a few photos from when I first got it in Aug 2016. Hope I uploaded correctly.
Thanks, the exterior/interior combination is what sold me on buying it. I have an email from FCA stating that mine is one of only three produced with this this color combo and options.
