Does anyone know if any company makes colored plastic hood vents, and/or if they can be removed and painted?
you can paint them, just clip in, be careful best to take some painters tape and put it around the scoop on the hood before removing them, also get you a set of plastic pry tools. don't use metal. you can either paint or even have them hydrodipped. there should be some YouTube videos on how to get them out also.
No, I live in Minnesota, so it’s gonna be months before I can paint. A couple people thought it might look cheesy, so instead I plan doing something like this with the grill.
