Yes, the company I found was Diamond Back.. Thanks for your input, I haven't heard any negative reviews of their redline tires. I guess I'll need to research further. Diamond Back's website explains that the front facing side of the tire will not have any logo or DOT info "due to their process" and now you explain why. I did find another company's website that sells the red lines as a DIY kit with adhesive & their site explains how to install. It also mentions needing to use their special tire shine/dressing so I question how good the redlines would stay on the tires. The site is https://www.tirestickers.com/redline-tire-kits/ in case some of you want to look.

Decided against the red line tires. Getting Nitto Invos instead, and new wheels. On the front will be 275/40/20s, and on the rear, 315/35/20s.

Radials tires normally bulge at the point of contact. I don't think that it is a good idea to shave off side rubber, especially with low profile tires. You are just asking for trouble.

They polish off the the letters and numerals so they can have a smooth surface. It's fine on 15" tires , there is more meat. I honestly think they had someone just go to far in the process but as you said on these low profile it must be done delicately and I assume it just wasn't. Having 2 tires fail in 3 years is not good odds and they won't help you whatsoever.

If those little devil fender flares were out when I bought my wheels/tires I would have used them with a 20x12 rear with 345's. Way better looking than truck flare wide body kits and looks exceptionally great with the 345's on the rear and 305's front. I have $7,000 in wheels and tires i wish I could do it...

Front wheels are 9.5 wide, rears are 11, and offset is 24.

Except for mine. No good on 20" tires.
