I use low profile ramps to get under mine to change oil etc. I put the ramps outside the garage so that when the front end is on the ramp the rear is in the garage this way the car is almost level. How high do you need to get it?
I do use the adapter to jack up the car when I change over my wheels.

I am looking to get it high enough to work on the breaks and do oil and lube. I was wondering about ramps scrubbing up the front valance?

I like those lift pads, but to do it right you do need TWO Floor Jacks

I use the Wood ones I built for my Stealth years ago.
The trick to building them is to drive the front tire up on the 2x8 or 2x10,
then and the second board and so on.
    then just screw it together.
Worked GREAT for the Exhaust, and oil changes.

These get you 7 1/2" off the ground.
I was planning on adding another to get to 9", but these are heavy enough as there are :)

These look like they would be handy.....I watched a video on them loading them up way beyond their ratings.

    Maybe a good Christmas suggestion

Those look like they’ll protect any damage to the car while lifting. I think I’ll look into the quick jack and get a set of the Z1’s to protect the edge

    Thanks

    * Depending on the jack saddle (size) the ZL1 works excellent. If the saddle is too small, you'll need the puck.

Ramps are good as long as you don't need to remove your wheels. The Challenger has lift points on the chassis (other than the pinch welds) that an be accessed with lift adapters on a 2 post lift. If you don't have a lift, a similar type of adapter exist with Jackpoint Jackstands. The second picture shows the Jackpoint adapter on a Charger but the chassis lift points are similar.
