    CAI's generally do not provide a verifiable power increase on stock engines. Dynos usually show <5hp gain if anything. Their biggest benefit is in increased intake roar and most people like the look. Unfortunately, they do have a downside. Generally speaking, they provide decreased filtration of inlet air.

    The hp. increase is about right. The stock air filter boxes may not look as good, but they are pretty efficient, especially the one on the SRT.
