I have a 2019 Redeye and I took it out yesterday for the first time in 2 months (live in NY, so, the car has been hibernating for the winter). I tried to access the performance pages and I got "Performance pages not available, try again later" Has anyone gotten this message before?

Happy to say I have not had that problem. Did you try again after restarting the car? Wouldn't be the first time I've had the Uconnect system do something weird. Usually, I just restart the car and it's ok.

Yep, I did restart the car, I was hoping that would do it. But, it didn't. Any chance it could have something to do with the temperature outside? It was 40 degrees.

I wouldn't think so. Not that well versed in Uconnect architecture so I really couldn't say what could cause that issue. Sorry.

I don't think the weather would have anything to do with it. We don't get a lot of weather below 40 here in North Florida, but it does occasionally dip into the '30's and Performance Pages works just fine.

Check your software version. You should be on 18.45.01 or 18.50.XX. If your car has been hibernating for awhile and missed the software update back in October/November it could be affecting the system. If you're behind, you can go to the driveuconnect.com website and download the update.

Thanks for the info. I checked and I am up to date.
