Sometime in the next 12-18 months I will be coming into a nice chunk of money, enough so that adding a supercharger to my SXT Plus is affordable. Had never intended on doing it, but why not. Is there a consensus as to which one is best? Am I limited to what the local place normally sells and installs, or would they probably be able to install whatever I purchase? Haven't looked into these before and know nothing about them. Thanks for any input.

Just saw an episode on two guys garage this morning and they put a RIPP SYSTEM on a 3.6 challenger. It was putting out over 400 hp. Not sure if that was at the rear wheels but it fit right in there.

Yeah, the RIPP will get you to about 428 at the wheels according to their website. I'm just wondering if I would have trouble getting it installed in Fargo. Not really a hot rod market here. I'm looking into it and sent messages to 3 different shops. Might have to drive to Minneapolis to get it put in.

"Putting it in" is the more fun than watching someone else do it.
Installing your own upgrade is too :)

I’m not qualified enough to do that type of job.

LoL, maybe not the tune, but I am sure you can follow Step x Step instructions.
Download or request the installation from the Manufacture.
There is a sense of PRIDE when you "Do it yourself"

Trust me, I have done MANY things I was not qualified to do,
but that is how you learn.

There are many install videos on You Tube that always helps to watch before stepping into a project. I agree its always great when you can do it yourself.

I guess there is a sense of pride when it blows up because you forgot to do something too. And it that will cost you more than you can imagine

Over the weekend I contacted 3 Fargo shops about installing. The only one who got back to me carries the RIPP Supercharger, which is what I would buy, and they can install it including everything for $8800.00. The only thing I hesitate about is that they never installed one on a V6 Challenger before.
