Yep. Pretty much nailed it but you can’t add headers as the exhaust manifold is made into the head.

I believe you can on the 3.5 but not the 3.6. I was going to put a supercharger on my V6, but since I don't race or take my car to the track I decided against it. That's why I bought the SXT in the first place and passed on the hemi models. Instead of the supercharger I'm thinking about a Hellcat Redeye hood. I think it would look dope. :)

He lost credibility by saying you can replace the headers.

3.5 can get headers for those. I know a woman who built up her v6 for drag racing doing this and was able to get into the 13’s as well as dial in a 0.00 reaction time at Acto dragway in Jersey. She eventually upgraded to a SRT before she passed away a few years ago.

There's plenty of people who have added a Ripp supercharger to their V6. I had everything set up to do it, but as I don't race or track my car, paying $7200 to take my 0-60 time from 5.9 seconds to 4.4 didn't really make much sense.

"don't race or take my car to the track" is not a reason.
If that was the criteria, you could drive a 4-cyl Hyundai
    I could not, but. . . .

I drive what I want & can afford at the time.
When I have extra cash, I Add what I can afford (NOS is probably next for me)

But I say, "Drive & MOD what you have"

    Just saying.
