one reason why I have the Firestone indy500's on mine, they track well in the rain, and have good grip and really good tire wear.

My 1 year old Nitto Invos were crap on wet roads. Could not even drive highway speeds in the rain.

Are the new tires any better? Stupid question but are you sure the Nittos were mounted properly? Even though they have an asymmetrical tread pattern they still require a specific mounting.

Nitto Invos are a summer/dry tire. The new ones are an all season tire. If they're the Number 1 rated tire in that category on Tire Rack, I'm pretty sure they're going to be a shit ton better than the Invos, which were mounted completely correctly and had a wheel alignment done. They suck on wet roads, that's all there is to it.

That's a way better option than the Invos. Treadwear rating on the Invos is 260 I think. What is it on those, 550?

    Looks like 320

I liked the Tread Pattern better than the Invos

Those do look to have a good tread pattern, lots of rubber contact. When the time comes to replace my tires I think I’ll got to summer tires on my garage queen...;)
Do you find these pick up gravel when they are hot and sticky?
