Is rust still an issue on the Challengers from 2015 to present? I know their were issues in the past. Any information would be greatly appreciated as I begin my search.

I have not heard of a problem here in Oregon.
Glad I found my 2010 with only 8k miles in 2018 (well has 46k now)
At least our "ALUMINUM" Hoods wont rust :emotions33:

Mine is a 2015 Challenger SRT 392 and has zero rust.

Of course ... mine is garage-kept and I live in Florida where salt air is more of a potential issue than salted roads.

I started using my 2015 as a daily driver since 2018 with include winters in heavily salted northern Ohio. I only have 11,500 miles on it, but haven't experienced any significant corrosion. Just a little on the upper control arms.
It shouldn't be an issue if you take care of your car. Since there is so much salt being used where I live, I have an unlimited car wash contract. I take my car through as much as possible in the winter to keep the salt from taking hold. Getting the underside chassis bath is important and I believe the high pressure air dry helps blow the water out of small nooks and crannies that could start corrosion.
