The '70 challenger has always been my dream car. Can't seem to be able to afford one with their prices skyrocketing. So my 2010 will have to do. And I LOVE it.

just saw a Sublime drive by me the other day in my small town of 4,500. Where has that been? Would love to catch up to him someday. I loved these cars when I was in college, but they were close to $4k and I bought a 72 Charger when I graduated from grad school. It was the close of the model year and we didn't have any Challengers in stock and I got the Charger for a few hundred less. Good thing I had the bigger car. Smashed it up 4 months after I got it. Who knows how the Challenger would have survived (front end). Glad I had the Charger for the trunk space. Don't know if a Challenger could have held a crib back there.

Either car would have been cool to own. Walnetto, what did you get after the charger was totaled? Did you stay with a mopar?

Got it fixed by a small dealer in northern Wisconsin. My dealer in Minnesota had to finish the job, or lack thereof. The car was never the same. Kept it for seven years. Brought both kids home from the hospital in it. At 102k, the 318 carboned up so bad it wasn't worth repairing and the paint from the accident was fading pretty bad. Bought a white 79 Aspen 2DR, blue landau roof. Drove that for seven years. Then Sundance, two Voyagers, Town and Country, Durango, got a Lebaron convertible for wife, then Sebring conv. in 2001, I got another Sebring conv. for myself, sold both and got my Challenger and the wife a V6 Mustang convertible. So, yes, I guess you could say I'm a Mopar Man.
