Another Mopar find I just bought yesterday. There are a few on ebay so not really that unusual. Supposedly they were given to Chrysler dealerships around the US back around 1999. I have no idea if that is accurate as I had not visited a dealership until the Challengers arrived. In any event I like the history of the logos and it will look good with my other items. s-l1600 (2).jpg

... and 2 more Mopar items just bought at the Dixie petroliana show in Sevierville, TN on Thursday. Loads of Ford and GM items but Mopar was almost non-existent. I passed on a full 70's Mopar quart oil can as they wanted $50 and it had some rust. I'm starting to regret it now as anything you buy on the internet has $15 shipping plus tax. I should have thought along those lines. Oh well.
The spacers on the card were just $5 and the NOS brake fluid (with a little rust) was $35.

Nice find. I thought you might like to read the article, "The Meaning of Mopar."

I just picked up these two handouts, on EBay, that were given to the press on Jan. 8, 2006, at the introduction of the Challenger and Imperial concepts, at the North American International Car Show.

Just got this for fathers day, logo centered. My one and only souvenir, besides the car.

I just ordered a cool Challenger hat. It is the color of my car (orange) and has the year (2009) and model (SRT8). Well worth the $30.

It is being made in China, however. I will let you know how things turn out.
