Automotive News Canada is reporting that Stellantis' muscle cars will switch to a different production facility in the U.S. sometime next year. In all likelihood, the current generation models will be retired at around that time, along with the Chrysler 300. As we know, an all-electric muscle car is due in 2024.

In a way, it's sad to see Brampton go. Both the Challenger and Charger have been built there since the nameplates were revived in 2008 and 2005, respectively.

Both the Chevy Camaro and Ford Mustang are built south of the border here in the U.S.

    Thanks for the post.
I have two American Muscle cars assembled in Canada. Of course the Challenger, but also my Trans Am is from Ste Therese, Quebec (all 4th gen F-bodies built there). Only my Mustang is from the US in Flat Rock, Michigan.
