It separates 2 - 2 1/2 oz of the Nastiest Oil you would want to see out each oil change.

I have a custom tune. I did it to eliminate the oil build up in the intake manifold.

Oh, I get why you did it. I used to do a similar mod on my race bikes back in the 70's.

I used a catch can but I still got oil build up in the intake manifold. I actually installed this exh PCV system to eliminate a potential source of oil build-up in the intake manifold while troubleshooting. I was trying to find out where all the oil was coming from because it seemed like an excessive amount to come from PCV system. I ended up finding two bent valves on number 7 cylinder. After finding the two bad valves I am just going to leave the PCV system the way it is.

Is that the right oil filter for your car? I’m guessing from your ID you have a 2010 SRT, that’s the same car I have. I’m getting mixed results online about whether that filter fits my car or not. So I figured I’d ask someone who’s had one in their hands.

The SRT oil filter was designed for the V10 Viper, but it fits the 6.1 engine. That is what I use.

Let,s see, put a device that catches oil mist from going into the pistons for lubricantion..
Maybe not a good idea in the long run for a street car!!

It is not pure oil. It is a toxic brew of oil, gasoline, water and acids.

Before emission laws, it was simply vented into the air through an oil breather cap.
