For a 2019 Challenger R/T, I'm interested in firming up the shifts. I don't race the car. I like the shifting points as they are, I just want to firm up the ships. I want to get rid of the normal in between shifts delay. I want it to shift in "D" mode the same as it shifts when you go "manual" mode. Does anyone know what Transmission Tuners fit my need???
The best way to firm up automatic shifts is to get a custom tune. If you do not want to do that a pre-loaded tune will also work, like the Diablo Trinity Platinum 2. Be prepared to spend some money. https://www.americanmuscle.com/2008-challenger-preloaded-tuners.html
If by custom tune shop you mean drive to an actual performance tune shop, I'll go that route. I will reach out in the forum for recommendations in the Northeast Florida ( Jacksonville to Daytona) area. Thanks much for the help and info!
Look up Demigod Tuning he is out of TX. But also has a Facebook page. You will need to unlock your PCM , I used HP Tuners , as the tuning can be done remotely. 2 years ago I did my V6 2020 GT engine & transmission. Definitely noticeable difference.
