Tell me I'm weird. I've owned my 2015 Challenger R/T Plus for 10 years this coming February with 31K miles on it. Here's the weird part, I've never done a burn out with it. I get on it once and a while but not from dead start. How do I compare to the rest of the group?
I've had my 2023 Scat WB since Feb of 24 and have not done a burnout. I'm sure I will at some point, just to be able to say I've done it, but other than, no plans to ever do them.
Tires are expensive. I did enough burnouts when I was young. 11 years of owning this car, zero burnouts.
Never was one for burn outs. Could never see the sense in it. I do like to squeel em or rip through the gears.
Looks like we are a boring group. I also have never done burnouts. The idea of tearing up tires and cleaning up the inner fenders, and outer fenders is not appealing.
2015 Challenger RT m6, no burnouts here either. Seems to be unduly harsh on the drivetrain. I watch the Hot Rod TV shows, and Frieberger and Finnegan come across as looking adolescent and asinine doing burnouts to close the show.
A little tire sqeal here, but no smoke shows.. Yes the Pirelli's and most tires are expensive. I think these for a set of four are around a grand.
